Sven Hannawald
OLYMPIASIEGER & TV-EXPERTE BEI EUROSPORT
What inspires you about your job?
I enjoy being able to experience the ski jumps with my job at Eurosport, even if I am no longer active myself. The good mixture of my business talks and the team events give me the right balance and a lot of inspiration.
What is your big challenge in digital transformation?
I grew up as a "non-digital-native". I notice, however, that as a human being I reach the limit of digital adaptation, since computers or mobile phones do not need a break. But we humans will remain humans. So you have to be careful not to overdo it and keep "digital balance".
What makes you special - is there a personal commitment or leitmotif to which you feel committed?
Regardless of whether you were active at that time or now at work: ambition and perfection describe me relatively well. I concentrate on my family, my wife and our two children. They give me optimism for our common future. My life should have the right balance and enough breaks.
