Global CEO of Unruly, where we are on a mission to make digital advertising better for both consumers and advertisers
What inspires you about your job?
I love the fact that we continue to push not just the industry but society forward, whether its our work around eliminating stereotyping from advertising or hiring great talent from underprivileged backgrounds.
What is your big challenge in digital transformation?
Our biggest challenge is to stop confusing people, start demystifying digital and begin to drive more consistent best practice across the industry.
What makes you special - is there a personal commitment or leitmotif to which you feel committed?
Keep your knowledge curve ahead of your action curve! Ensure you are aware of all the new things happening in our world, but always apply a healthy balance of optimism and realism before jumping into the water.
