CEO & PARTNER, CERETAI
Describe your position and task in one sentence
I'm an engineer who became a banker who became and entrepreneur and is now pioneering diversity tech.
What inspires you about your job?
As an entrepreneur I get to exploit all my good sides instead of focusing on improving my bad ones. And I use my good sides for creating true social impact within my two passions: technology and diversity.
What is your big challenge in digital transformation?
My restlessness. I want technological advancement to go faster so it can match my vision, and I want organizations to adapt all the opportunities with digitalization sooner, preferrably by yesterday.
What makes you special - is there a personal commitment or leitmotif to which you feel committed?
I'm very good at being bad at stuff. I dare to ask all the stupid questions and see no limitations whatsoever - only development opportunities and possibilities.
