I'm the creative director of what3words and my task is to help make 3 word addresses normal.

We're making positive difference in people's lives with our ideas, craft and effort. 

What is your big challenge in digital transformation?
Legacy systems and familiar habits. 

What makes you special - is there a personal commitment or leitmotif to which you feel committed?
I'm a boundless optimist. I always try to create the future we imagine, even if I fail quite often.
