Describe your position and task in one sentence
I am an advisor and subject matter expert in frontier technologies for business leaders, investors, and startup founders.
What inspires you about your job?
I get to see ideas being transformed into reality and the talent pool of people who are committed to change.
What is your big challenge in digital transformation?
My big challenge in digital transformation is channelling the creativity it requires in order to think of solutions to the transformation that is coming.
What makes you special - is there a personal commitment or leitmotif to which you feel committed?
As an Asian-American, we were taught and required to learn the principles of the three pillars of success: academic, musical, and professional success. I was born in Asia, grew up in the United States, but I also learned and can speak at least 3 different European languages. That has prepared me to be in the right position in the context of global business today between the competitiveness between the U.S., China, and Europe. It's a unique position, but I am committed to projects and people who are passionate and socia limpact oriented, regardless of their origins. I think more on a planetary level now and what will that mean in the future.
